How to Withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa or Your Bank
You can withdraw to a JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account in your own name. Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 minutes, and every one comes with a payout proof.
Before you start
- The account title must match the name you registered with. Payouts to someone else's account are rejected.
- You can have one withdrawal request open at a time.
- Check your limits in Profile → Withdrawal Limits: the minimum, the maximum, and how many withdrawals you can make per day.
- Withdrawals can be paused at certain hours. When they are, the Withdraw screen shows the times.
Step by step
- Tap Withdraw (Cash out) on your home screen.
Home screen: tap Withdraw (1). - Amount & Method. Enter the amount and choose JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank, then tap Next. The screen also shows how many withdrawals you have used today.
Enter the amount and choose your payout method (2). - Payout Destination. Enter the bank or wallet name, the account title (your name), and the account number or IBAN.
Enter your own name and account number (3), check them, then tap Submit Request (4). The notice at the top reminds you that the account must be in your name. - Check every digit, then tap Submit Request.
- Get paid. The team sends the money and attaches a payout proof. The request changes to Approved and you get a notification.

Every approved withdrawal includes an image of the payment. Open the request in your withdrawal history to view it or save it to your phone.
Why a withdrawal does not go through
