Please read these Terms before creating an account or using the Bpexch app ("the App"). By registering or using the App you agree to them.

1. What the App is

The App is a request and record-keeping tool provided by the Bpexch service desk. It lets you submit deposit and withdrawal requests, attach receipts, view the status and history of your requests, receive notifications, and contact support. The App does not process payments and has no payment gateway. Payments are made by you in your own bank or wallet app, and payouts are made by the desk to the account details you provide.

2. Your account

2.1 You must be 18 or older. 2.2 You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account. 2.3 New accounts are reviewed by the desk before activation. We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used for fraud or abuse. 2.4 Our staff will never ask for your password in chat or by phone.

3. Requests

3.1 A deposit request is complete only after the desk has verified the receipt you attached. Unclear, edited or mismatched receipts may be rejected. 3.2 Withdrawal requests are paid to the account details you enter. Check them carefully; we are not responsible for payouts sent to details you entered incorrectly. 3.3 Minimum and maximum amounts, daily limits and processing hours are shown in the App and may change. A request outside those limits may be rejected. 3.4 A rejected request always shows a reason. You may submit a new request after correcting it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose, submit false information or forged receipts, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other users' data.

5. Availability

We try to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change, pause or discontinue features with or without notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the desk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you provided or by events outside our control.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (https://bpexchc.com/privacy) explains how we handle your information and how to delete your account.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
