Keep Your Betpro ID and Money Safe
Most account problems start with a shared password or a payment sent to the wrong account. These rules prevent both.
Use the real website and app
The Bpexch portal is bpexchc.com. Check the address bar before you log in. Install the app only from the link on this site.
Never share your passwords
You have two: your Bpexch password and your Betpro ID password. Bpexch staff will never ask you for either one. Anyone who asks is not from support.
Only pay into accounts shown in the app
Deposit accounts are listed inside your Bpexch account when you tap Deposit. If someone sends you a different account number by WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS, do not send money. Ask support first.
Watch for fake agents
- They promise bonuses, guaranteed wins or "double your deposit" offers.
- They ask you to pay a personal account to "activate" your ID.
- They rush you, or ask for a code sent to your phone.
- They message you from a number that is not on the contact page.
Protect your phone and wallet
- Lock your phone and your JazzCash and Easypaisa apps with a PIN.
- Never share one-time codes (OTP).
- If you think someone saw your password, change it in Profile → Change Password.
- Log out on shared devices.
