Account and Betpro ID
What is a Betpro ID?
It is the username and password you use to log in to the Betpro exchange. Bpexch gives it to you after your account is approved.
How do I get a Betpro ID?
Create a free Bpexch account, wait for the review, then find your ID on the Exchange Account card on your home screen. Full guide.
How long does approval take?
Most accounts are approved within a few minutes. The status screen updates on its own.
Why was my account rejected?
The rejection screen shows the reason. Register again with a new username, or contact support.
Can I log in with my WhatsApp number?
Yes. The login field accepts your username or your WhatsApp number.
I forgot my password.
Message support on WhatsApp from your registered number. When you are logged in, you can change your password in Profile → Change Password.
Where can I see my Betpro ID password?
On the Exchange Account card on your home screen, after you log in.
Is Bpexch the Betpro exchange?
No. Bpexch is a separate customer desk. It opens your account, handles deposits and withdrawals, and supports you. The exchange is where you use your Betpro ID.
Deposits
Which payment methods can I use?
JazzCash, Easypaisa and Pakistani bank transfer.
How long does a deposit take?
Deposits are usually approved within 15 minutes.
Why is my deposit pending?
A team member is checking your receipt. What affects the time.
Can I have two deposits open?
No. One deposit request can be open at a time.
What are my deposit limits?
See Profile → Deposit Limits after you log in.
Withdrawals
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 minutes.
Can I withdraw to someone else's account?
No. The account title must match your registered name.
How many withdrawals can I make per day?
Your daily limit is shown in Profile → Withdrawal Limits.
Where is my payout proof?
Open the approved withdrawal in your history to view or save it.
Why are withdrawals paused?
Withdrawals can be paused at set hours. The Withdraw screen shows when they reopen.

Will support ever ask for my password?
No. Never share your Bpexch password or your Betpro ID password with anyone.
