About Bpexch
Bpexch is a customer service desk for Betpro exchange accounts. We set up your Betpro ID, handle your deposits and withdrawals, and help you on WhatsApp and live chat.
What Bpexch does
- Opens accounts and gives each approved customer a Betpro ID
- Reviews deposit receipts and approves deposits
- Pays withdrawals to the customer's own JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account, with proof of payment
- Answers questions in English and Urdu, 24/7
What Bpexch is not
Bpexch is separate from the Betpro exchange itself. The exchange is where you use your Betpro ID. Bpexch is where you open the account, add funds and cash out.
The Bpexch app does not move money on its own. You send deposits from your own wallet or bank and upload the receipt. For withdrawals, the team sends the money to you and records the proof.
How requests are handled
- You submit a request with the details and, for a deposit, the receipt.
- A team member reviews it and checks the receipt or the payout details.
- It is approved or rejected. Every rejection comes with a reason, and every approved withdrawal comes with payout proof.
