This policy explains what information the Bpexch mobile app and website ("the App") collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is operated by the Bpexch service desk ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information you give us when you register: your name, a username, your WhatsApp phone number, and a password. The password is stored only as a secure hash.
Request information you enter when you submit a deposit or withdrawal: the amount, the bank or wallet name, the account title and account number you want to be paid to, and any note you add.
Receipt images you choose to attach to a deposit request. The App only reads the specific photo you pick; it does not scan your gallery.
Support and payout records created by our staff while processing your request, such as the approval time, a rejection reason, or a payout proof image.
Technical information sent automatically by any internet connection, such as your IP address and the request time, kept in ordinary server logs.
We do not collect your location, contacts, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking software.
2. How we use it

- To verify and process your deposit and withdrawal requests.
- To show you the status and history of your requests and send you in-app notifications
- To answer your support messages.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with the law.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. Your information is seen only by our staff who process requests, and by the hosting provider that stores our servers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored on our servers and is sent between the App and the servers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. On your phone, the App keeps only a session token, stored in Android's encrypted storage, and your language preference. Logging out removes them.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and request history while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 7 days, except for records we are required to keep for fraud prevention or legal reasons.
6. How to delete your account
Open the App, go to Profile, and tap "Delete Account". This sends us a deletion request on WhatsApp with your username. You can also send the request yourself to our support WhatsApp number or support email shown in the App under Support. We will confirm when it is done.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Contact us through the Support screen in the App.
8. Age
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, show a notice inside the App.
