Betpro ID vs Bpexch Login: What Is the Difference?
Every Bpexch customer has two logins. Mixing them up is the most common reason people cannot sign in. This page explains which one goes where.

Why there are two
Bpexch and the exchange are separate services. Bpexch keeps a record of your deposits and withdrawals, so it needs its own account. The exchange has its own account too. Bpexch creates that one for you and shows it on your home screen.
Which one to use where
- On bpexchc.com/login or in the Bpexch app: your Bpexch username (or WhatsApp number) and the password you chose at sign-up.
- On the exchange: the username and password from the Exchange Account card. Tap Login to Exchange to open it.
Common mix-ups
- Typing the Betpro ID on the Bpexch login page. It will not work there.
- Typing your Bpexch password on the exchange. Use the Betpro ID password instead.
- Copying an extra space. Use the copy buttons on the Exchange Account card.

Lost one of them?
If you cannot log in to Bpexch, message support on WhatsApp from your registered number. If you are logged in but need your Betpro ID, it is on your home screen.
